Jennifer Johnson is an experienced educational leader with more than 25 years in education, dedicated to improving teaching, learning, and student achievement. Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of instructional and leadership roles, teaching middle school Social Studies, Mathematics, Science, and English Language Arts. Her experience also includes teaching High School Equivalency (HSE/GED) and English as a Second Language (ESL) courses at the community college level, as well as serving students and educators in a K–12 school library. This diverse background provides her with a unique perspective on supporting learners of all ages and fostering academic success across multiple content areas.As an instructional coach, Jennifer partners with educators to strengthen instructional practices through data-driven decision-making, collaborative professional learning communities, and high-impact instructional coaching. Her work focuses on building rigorous, standards-aligned instruction, developing proficiency scales and learning progressions, and supporting teachers in creating engaging, student-centered classrooms. Passionate about continuous improvement, Mrs. Johnson is committed to empowering educators, fostering collaborative school cultures, and ensuring every student has access to high-quality learning experiences that prepare them for future success.Outside of her professional role, Mrs. Johnson enjoys exploring the outdoors, reading, and spending quality time with her family and four children. Her favorite place to recharge is the beach, where she finds inspiration in the beauty and tranquility of the coast. She believes that maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life fuels creativity, lifelong learning, and a deeper appreciation for the people and communities she serves.
