This session will describe and explain Section 504 policies and procedures. Learn about the laws that define the program, the process required for referrals and Eligibility Determinations, and creating effective 504 Accommodation Plans. Implementation of accommodations in the classroom setting as well as maintaining legal compliance will be explored while transforming the legal jargon into actionable classroom strategies.
