ECS/SCMS Teachers ONLY: This half-day professional development session is designed to help ECS/SCMC educators prepare for a successful start to the school year. Participants will explore effective first-week strategies for establishing classroom routines, building positive relationships, creating structured learning environments, and supporting student behavior and engagement from day one. Educators will leave with practical tools, planning ideas, and ready-to-use strategies to create a strong foundation for student success throughout the year.
